I find Heide to be incredibly inspired and responsible. When a vision and objectives are established, Heide is relentless in her pursuit of executing toward the target. It’s incredibly gratifying to team with Heide.

Early in our work together, the vision for the work we were setting out to team together on, wasn’t super clear. Yet, Heide believes. She believes in what’s possible; believes in us, and believes in going all in. Heide’s approach generates tremendous trust in our work together, for which I’m grateful.
