Early in our work together, the vision for the work we were setting out to team together on, wasn’t super clear. Yet, Heide believes. She believes in what’s possible; believes in us, and believes in going all in. Heide’s approach generates tremendous trust in our work together, for which I’m grateful.

Heide helped me re-build the confidence I had lost in my own abilities, and re-balance the priorities that once framed my career.  She helped me realize that I needed to start with defining my individual strengths, as well as the key characteristics I wanted in a role.   She coached me to think outside the box.
