Heide Garrigan, founder of Pivotal Consulting Inc., brings 25+ years of cross-industry corporate consulting and coaching in helping individuals and teams navigate professional growth. She harnesses deep expertise and contagious passion with new approaches that shape her clients’ confidences, enabling them to build better businesses and self-awareness.

Leading teams through transition, managing talent, implementing new initiatives and planning organizational strategy are all niche specialties for Heide, whose former clients range from IQN to Xcel Energy to the Colorado Ballet.  A communicator at heart, Heide ignites in others the desire, and develops the ability, to better understand themselves and therefore maximize their contribution to their organizations. Facilitating honest conversations around challenging relationships and situations, she affects true progress.

Whether working one-on-one or hosting a workshop, Heide recognizes the needs of people, not just the science and process behind the goals of increasing revenues and decreasing costs. Heide’s interpersonal savvy works in concert with her intuitiveness to pinpoint where a team or individual can adapt and grow.

Heide has a reputation for seeing multiple facets that most others do not, perceiving nuance and patterns, arranging information and asking questions that allow her clients to see and understand deeper, enabling them to step into their challenges. Whether working on a multi-million-dollar analytics project or helping one executive communicate better with another, Heide’s approach is skillful, wholehearted and proven to achieve results.

Pouring into others extends beyond the professional to the personal for Heide. She is the former Scholarship Chair for The Leadership Investment, a group seeking to accelerate the shift to gender-balanced leadership models. A mother to three sons, she has been active in Boy Scouts of America and local school organizations, competed in triathlons and truly considers the home a crucial foundation for developing future leaders.
