She is the former Scholarship Chair for The Leadership Investment, a group seeking to accelerate the shift to gender-balanced leadership models. A mother to three sons, she has been active in Boy Scouts of America and local school organizations, competed in triathlons and truly considers the home a crucial foundation for developing future leaders.
