Cultural Awareness Program


The Cultural Awareness Program helps individuals understand what values and assumptions exist in different cultures and how to adapt to working in, or with, a culture that is not your own.

Program Profile:
– Participants engage in a 3 part series consisting of 1 hour weekly virtual and interactive webinars
– Aimed at all levels within an organization, adapting topics as required
– Groups of 5-6 participants
– Recommended Actions are included at the close of each session and discussed during the following session to drive practice and continued learning

– Effective Cross-Cultural Communications: Verbal and Non-verbal
– Leverage tools and resources while working with international colleagues
